At NFLAlohaShirt.com, we understand that sometimes mistakes happen. That’s why we offer a short window for order cancellations and modifications before your Hawaiian shirt begins the production process.
❌ Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, all orders enter production and cannot be canceled, as each item is made-to-order.
To cancel your order, please email us at support@nflalohashirt.com or use our Contact Form. Include the following details:
- Order number
- Full name and email address used during checkout
- Reason for cancellation
✏️ Order Modifications
Need to change your shipping address, size, or product details? We allow modifications for up to 12 hours after your order is placed.
To modify an order, contact our support team at support@nflalohashirt.com with:
- Order number
- Requested changes (e.g., new size, updated address)
- Full name and contact details
After the 12-hour window, we are unable to make changes, as your order will already be in production or shipping preparation.

- Delayed requests may result in processing your original order as placed.
- Once an order ships, cancellation or modification is no longer possible.
